dear food I have known…first of all, when all of this dazzling folks was being served in Spring Creek….WHY WERENT WE INVITED? so we could have known it, too.
Second of all…fyi…it is hard to read the script under your photos and it screams by pretty fast. The photos are GREAT and the food looks wonderful Why dont you keep this blog up. LOVE IT! A and M McLaughlin

We have forwarded your concerns about the photo slideshows on to our customer service office. However, it may take some time to rectify this as everyone in that office has been either laid off or fired. Tough economic times, don’t you know?

Dear Food I have known,
I think it very peculiar that you have no photos of your mother cooking in Spring Creek. I have heard that her extra crispy bacon is quite extraordinary and not as risky a venture now that she serves on the Board of the Spring Creek Volunteer Fire Department. I also understand that she excels at making extra crunchy rice and can make rice and black beans three ways — rice on top, beans on top and rice and beans side by side. Really, when push comes to shove, you owe all of your cooking acumen to your mother.
